Rely on Us
Rely on us to arrive on time with plenty to spare. Every booking is tailored to your requirements and nothing will be too much trouble. We like to accommodate your needs and be flexible so there are no silly time restraints or hidden charges. In short, we and the cars are there to help make your day perfect!
The Way we work
After you have booked, we will contact you about a month before the wedding day to finalise all the details.
Once we have agreed the required journeys we will fully research the locations, road conditions, parking and turning areas, and scheduled roadworks.
Importantly we will often also perform a ‘dummy run’ a few days before the wedding to make a final check of the first route and estimate the journey time to the ceremony. This means we can be more accurate in recommending a departure time so that the bride arrives on time, relaxed and in style..
Your chauffeur will be smartly dressed in a business suit or similar, and will be dedicated exclusively to your wedding day. We only undertake one wedding per day, so there will be no unnecessary stress.
The car (or cars) can be decorated with ribbons and flowers as you choose. You are most welcome to view the cars prior to any booking, by appointment.
As time allows, we will be only too happy to drive to a pre-arranged photo destination between the wedding ceremony and the reception. This also gives the newlyweds a chance to unwind for a little, and means you can make a grand entrance at your reception venue after all your guests have made their way there.
We regret that for insurance and legal reasons, we cannot make journeys beyond the Reception, nor carry children under 3 years old as the cars are not fitted with seat belts.
Pricing
Typical prices are based on what we call a “one trip” or “two trip” wedding.
One Trip: £395, e.g. from home to the Ceremony .
Additional pickups: £50, e.g. for the bridesmaids.
Two Trips: £545, e.g. from home to the Ceremony, wait, then travel to the Reception including a possible stop-off at a picturesque location for photographs with the car.
There are no mileage restrictions on the Isle of Wight, though how many journeys we can undertake will depend on the time available to complete them all.
To Book
To book a car, please check availability first. Once you have chosen each car a £50 non-returnable deposit is required per car, with the balance payable 3 weeks before the wedding. We accept credit/debit cards.
